I'm based in NYC and work as an investment banker at RBC Capital Markets. I studied applied economics, finance, and fine art at Cornell University. I was born in San Jose, CA, and raised in Kolkata, India, where I attended La Martiniere for Boys.
I'm a multidisciplinary artist who draws, prints, sculpts, and takes photographs. I was self-taught until college, finding my first platform as a graffiti artist within Kolkata's growing hip-hop community, where I was also a competitive beatboxer.
Professionally, I cover consumer and retail companies in North America, advising corporate clients on securing funds in capital markets and navigating mergers and acquisitions. My interest in high finance stemmed from several internships in PE, IB, and consulting in India and the US.
I enjoy debate, art curation, beatboxing / a capella, and rugby. I'm always interested in collaborating on new projects. Don't hesitate to reach out at sd559@cornell.edu!
